The UK Esports Awards has announced the latest sponsor to join the event at the ESL studio in Leicester on the 7th July.
AOC is the newest addition to team up with the UK Esports Awards with GFUEL, noblechairs and Overclockers already announcing partnerships.
In addition, Esports Insider has joined The UK Esports Awards as a media partner, whilst Stephen “Nozzabox” Morris has been welcomed as a partner.
AOC has come aboard as a gold partner, meaning they will become the main monitor distributor for the event.
AOC has a long history with UK esports, they have a great partnership with ESL as they supply all premiership titles with their monitors.
Nathan Blank, UK Channel Sales Manager at AOC had this to say on the partnership:

“AOC are very proud to support the first UK Esports Awards, which recognises and celebrates all the hard work of those who commit their life to making the esports scene what it is today and which path it is on. Just like the past 5 years, we will continue to prioritise this very important sector as well as the people that shape it and will keep building on our already strong position with new exciting products for both the enthusiast and professional gamers”

Adam Heath, the co-founder of the UK Esports Awards added:

“It’s a pleasure to be working alongside AOC for the UK Esports Awards. They have consistently shown their support for the esports scene over the last few years, so it’s great to have them on-board with this awards ceremony – a first for UK esports. AOC has raised the bar in the gaming monitor space; we’re thrilled to be teaming up with them for this event.”

The UK Esports Awards will be live streamed over at twitch.tv from the ESL Studio 1 in Leicester. Check back more for more information on the schedule of the event, and the finalists.
