UK organisation Caz Esports have entered the League of Legends scene, following rumours.
They have acquired Barrage Esports’ Academy side and their spot in the upcoming ESL UK & Ireland Premiership Autumn Season.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The news comes after the final four League of Legends teams qualified for the upcoming ESL Prem last week.
Singularity UK, MacroManiacs, Barrage Esports and Barrage’s Academy side (now playing under Caz) all qualified.
They are joined by Excel Esports, MnM Gaming, NerdRage.Pro and Enclave Gaming, who qualified two weeks ago.
Caz Esports are known for their CSGO team, having won the first CSGO UK Masters last year. We interviewed their former manager and controversial figure in UK esports, Ben Bagg, last year.
Caz also compete in SMITE and Hearthstone.
The org have been looking to enter League of Legends for a while, and put a post out in May saying they were seeking a team.
The ESL Premiership LoL Autumn Season gets underway this evening (July 19th) from 7pm.
