Irish esports organisation Cyclone have taken their first steps into the competitive Vainglory arena.
They have brought on board the following team roster:
- WalDeMar – Jungle/Lane
- PTLam – Jungle/Lane/Captain
- Melyssandre – Captain
- radha – Jungle
- red-ABTION – Captain
Jungler WalDeMar has experience at SK Gaming, Snow Avalanche and more, and claimed the first spot in the EU Summer Championship.
PTLam has also been playing Vainglory for two years, like WalDeMar, and finished second at two LAN Championships with SNOW Tsunami.
For Mellysandre (former League of Legends player), radha and red-ABTION, meanwhile, this is their first opportunity to enter the competitive Vainglory scene.
Cyclone said in a statement on their website: “By no means will this lead to a lack of performance as every one of them are exceptional players who will have no struggle against any opponent.
“All in all, with this team full of talent, teamwork, and dedication, we are confident that we can achieve anything with our main goal being the 2017 Vainglory World Championship.”
