eSports News UK is looking for writers

Want to write about some of the most promising up and coming eSports pros based in the UK?

The UK eSports scene is a fast-growing, exciting scene with huge potential.

Editorial website and YouTube channel eSports News UK is looking for part-time writers to help produce match reports, interviews and news stories on UK eSports teams and players, specifically for CSGO, Hearthstone and League of Legends, as well as titles like Halo, Smite, Smash Bros, Call of Duty and Dota 2.

We're looking for someone who has a strong passion for competitive gaming, an eagerness to write fantastic content and to help promote and grow the UK eSports scene.

It's a great chance to get your name out there, add some valuable experience to your CV and get your foot in the door in the UK eSports scene, including VIP/press entry to national eSports events.

eSports News UK founder Dominic Sacco studied at Bournemouth University 11 years ago and went on to work at GamesTM, video game trade publication MCV and edit PC Retail, as well as write freelance for Riot Games, so can offer tips and advice to any budding journalists out there.

If interested, please send a brief email to Dom with a bit of info about yourself and why you want to write for eSports News UK, which games you prefer and an example of written work.
